Church Center
Whether you are registering for an event, signing up for a group, or checking your kids in on Sunday, you'll likely be using Church Center.
Church Center is an application we use for many things here at CrossRoads. We use it for planning our Sunday services, organizing serve teams, and setting up groups and registrations. We have recently added some additional features such as payment for events and our church calendar is now on Church Center. There are two main ways you can access Church Center. We highly recommend that you download the Church Center app on your phone, or you can visit crossroadschurchreddeer.churchcenter.com on any internet browser.

Profiles
Collect pdf files or pictures through online forms and save them to profiles! Edit your own or your household's information. Find a personalized list of events you've signed up for and bookmarked in the calendar including groups, serve times, and event registrations. Individual profiles will show who is allowed and who is not allowed to pick up your child before and after services. The person who picked the child up and what time are recorded and saved to the child's profile after each service, available to view later.
Groups
Find and join groups, view upcoming events, have access to shared resources such as reading materials, study questions and curriculum. Allow your contact info to be publicized and stay connected with your group throughout the week by using Group Messaging in the Church Center app.
Event registration
Search for events by category and then fill out a registration, including payment. Select people from your household and assign them to their age group or category when needed. If you cannot finish a registration or payment, save the form and come back to it later!
Check In
Check in is available online 15-20 minutes before each service! Sign in your child for Sunday school, or check into an event early to avoid the hassle later. Families can quickly check themselves in using a phone number or scanning a barcode on the Church Center app. Make sure you are inside the building and near a printer while checking in a child for Sunday school so that you can take the name tag right after it prints!
Calendar
View the entire church schedule, search for specific events by using filters, and view individual event details. Find all registration links in the calendar as well. Subscribe to the calendar, or sync it to your own schedule and receive notifications as the event comes closer!
Serve on the Church Center services app
After filling out a General serve form or a Kids Ministry serve form, you will be contacted where and when you can serve. Download the services app and accept or decline serve date requests and times through your phone. Services also allows you to block out specific dates and times to make scheduling easier.
