Congregational Meetings

We come together twice a year for a congregational family meeting to celebrate the great things God is doing in the CrossRoads community and look ahead to what’s coming. Anyone that calls CrossRoads their home church is welcome.

Summer Mtg 2025 CW

The next Congregational Meeting will be 7pm, tuesday, june 24, 2025.

This important gathering is a time for us to come together as a church family to review our current financial situation, approve the 2025-2026 fiscal budget, and hear inspiring ministry stories and updates from our Church Board. A significant part of the meeting will be to vote on the recommended candidate for our future Senior Pastor position, Pastor Jordan Cavanaugh. Your participation and prayerful involvement are vital as we seek God's guidance for the future direction of our church. We look forward to seeing you there as we trust God to guide us forward in faith and purpose.

This meeting will be livestreamed. If you are unable to attend the meeting but would still like to vote, you may do so through a proxy vote. To submit a Proxy Form, please email dwayneh@crossroadschurch.ca. There will not be a voting option available through the livestream. Visit the livestream page.

2025 Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday, January 29, with over 200 members and adherents in attendance. The evening featured messages from our Church Board, Senior Pastor, and finance teams, along with the affirmation of our Board Members. We were encouraged and inspired in not only facts and progress reports, but we also had the honour to hear a deeply moving testimony from one of our congregation members. Additionally, there was an announcement regarding the Senior Pastor search and transition that you won't want to miss hearing. Watch the highlights of this year's AGM here:

2024 Congregational Summer meeting

Our past Congregational Meeting, on June 26th, 2024, was well attended by both members and adherents. We are excited to introduce the new Executive Pastor and some updates on our financial situation and budget from the past year and looking onward.
